  • Answer some questions that help us understand whether you will be a good fit!
  • Take our “Papa Safety Training” so that you are best prepared for visits.
  • Verify your identity by uploading your driver’s license and taking a quick selfie
  • Provide consent so we can run a “Background Check”

Approved, Now it’s Time to Go!

  • Open the Papa Pal app to view the video
  • Add your bank information to get paid!
  • Find visits and start helping Papa members!

Pals earn a base rate of $13-$18 an hour, plus bonuses and one-way commute mileage to each visit (if commute pay applies to your market).
