If you’re an eligible health plan member, visit the link below to find your plan’s dedicated number, and contact Papa to get started. Members covered by employers can register online. Ask your employer how!
Want to schedule a visit with a Papa Pal or review an upcoming visit?
No problem. Confirm your benefit eligibility directly with your health plan. Once confirmed, you can book a visit with us online or by calling your plan’s dedicated phone number. Log into your visit homepage below to schedule, change, or review an upcoming visit—no password required! If you’re offered Papa through your employer, you can schedule a visit from the Papa Care app after completing registration.
